Wilfred McIntee started the family owned business in 1953. The company, now incorporated, is managed by Wilfred, President and his two sons Wayne, Treasurer and Michael, Vice-President.
We have 13 offices and 87 Sales Reps & Brokers in the Grey, Bruce, Wellington and Huron counties. In the Grey-Bruce-Owen Sound Real Estate Board, McIntee represents 20% of the Sales Reps & Brokers. The Sauble office represents 50% of the Sales Reps & Brokers in the immediate area.
We are the largest independent REALTOR® in the Grey-Bruce area.
In 2009, McIntee sold over 200 million dollars of real estate and nearly 7 million out of the Sauble Beach Office.
