The Sale Representatives of the Sauble office are long time residents of the area and McIntee has represented the area's real estate needs for 10 years. We are proud to be an active member of the local Chamber of Commerce for enhancement of the area.

Wilfred McIntee started the family owned business in 1953. The company, now incorporated, is managed by Wilfred, President and his two sons Wayne, Treasurer and Michael, Vice-President.

We have 13 offices and 87 sales representatives in the Grey, Bruce, Wellington and Huron counties. In the Grey-Bruce-Owen Sound Real Estate Board, McIntee represents 20% of the sales representatives. The Sauble office represents 40% of the sales representatives in the immediate area.

We are the largest independent realtor in the Grey-Bruce area.

In 2006, McIntee sold over 200 million dollars of real estate and nearly 5 million out of the Sauble Beach Office.
